Christine Cathie has some stunning new pieces in the gallery.  From her 'O-Void' collection, they are an evolution from her ribbons, continuing the same simple elegance and bringing a sense of movement to the glass.

" I want to keep a sense of the lost wax process in my work - some of the initial stages of working with warm flexible wax strips, building them up to alarger form that works with variations in thick and thin. The works of Alexander Calder and Barbara Hepwoth have been an influence with these forms."
